• 2011: Artistic Director of Jazzhus Montmartre, Copenhagen
• 2011: Knighted as: Chevalier de L’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (French appointed knighthood of culture)
• 2010: Receives the Initiative Award- awarded by the Ben Webster Foundation
• 2010: Organizer of the Danish Jazz festival Valby Summer Jazz Festival, incl. Artist-in-residence program with Kenny Werner
• 2009 Co-organizer of the COP15 Climate Cultural Event in concert “Walden – Singing the Kyoto Protocol”
• 2009/12: Participates as a jury member in Danish Radio 2’s acclaimed cultural television program “Smagsdommerne”
• 2007: Receives the Django d’Or Prize – Young Performer Band Leader
• 2004/7: Extensive touring in Europe & the USA incl. concerts at Carnegie Hall, Birdland in New York, Jazz festivals, etc.
